Exchange And Return

Note: Refund or exchange is not applicable to any product purchased at Modish Outfit. If any damaged product or wrong product is sent to you in that case it is applicable. Please call at +91-9560554955. Exchange will also not be accepted if your product order ID is missing.

Please Mention Your Order ID For Return/Exchange.

There are some conditions for return and exchange please read before ordering:

If any issue related to a product material or colour is not liked by the customer return is not accepted. We request the customer please go through and read the product description clearly before ordering.

Exchange accepted for the product with a different similar product or higher value. (We do not offer any free shipping for exchanged products. Customer will send the original product at their own expense.)

If the customer does not like the color of the product return is not accepted. You will find some variation we try our best to show accurate colors as shown but after our best try, you will find 5-8% variation in the image due to the light effect.

Return of product not accepted if the customer is not satisfied with the delivery as we commit as we have shown and for the prices we have charged is the best possible.

Return of product is not accepted if the product is washed and worn.

If you find any small issues you can easily fix them like tassels pulled, which might happen during the transit of the product.

The exchange of products is accepted only one time.

Return is accepted if a customer finds any manufacturing defect. For this, you are to inform us within 2 days of delivery, and the product which has a defect should be shipped back to us within 4 days after the delivery. As we get the product you will receive a mail regarding the confirmation then you can place your new order.

At Modish Outfit we ensure quality check of all products before dispatching. Any mischievous act of damaging the product itself by the customer will result in forfeiting your claim of both exchange & return.

Products that need to be exchanged are shipped back to us in their original condition. We do not provide reverse pickups. The second round of shipping is half paid by the customer.

 

If any product is wrongly delivered to you then the customer can simply send it back to us as we mentioned above we don’t have a reverse pick-up facility, so we will refund your courier charges. If there is any colour difference of 6-8 % depending upon the screen resolution or lights, please then we don’t accept an exchange or return for the products.

Our lasts 7 days policy. We can’t refund or exchange to the customer if 7 days have gone by since the product was purchased. If the product is unused, unwashed, and in the actual original condition that you received then it is eligible for a return. The product should be sent in the original packaging. Fabrics are delicate and they are rare. Any product which is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error- that product is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Return

If we receive your return and get inspected then refunds will be applicable. Once we get your return our team sends you an email or WhatsApp to notify you that we have received your return product. Our team also notified you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspecting the product that we received. Once your refund is approved, then your refund will be credited within 4 to 5 banking days. If any customer wants their refund in a fast processing method then please share Paytm or Google Pay details to us.

Refund get late or missing:

If there is an issue and you haven’t received a refund, please check with your bank or credit card provider regarding the status. If after all process still has not received your refund yet, then please call us at +919560554955.
