What is the processing time for an order?

The order is processed within 24 hours of the order being placed and your order is shipped within 4 to 7 business days of the order being placed depending on your location. The delivery timeline depends upon the delivery address of the customer.

What is the process for exchanging a product?

If the garment has a print defect, you can send it for exchange and request a different piece. The courier charges will be charged for the second round of shipping which is Rupees 150/-. Please mention your order number for the dress. You are not allowed to buy a different product. You will be getting the same product in the same color and print as per your note.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

We accept online payments through net banking as well as all domestic credit and debit cards.

What to do if I receive a Damaged/Wrong Product?

If you have received a damaged or wrong product, please contact to our support number immediately at 919560554955 or support@modishoutfit.com. You also share capture images of the faulty or damaged product and ensure the product is unused.

How many times I can exchange a product?

We accept only a one-time exchange policy.

Is return order be picked up by your logistics team?

No, you can self-ship the products to our warehouse address by any reliable courier service after raising a return request. Please ensure that the products are unused and unwashed and all the tags are intact. The return courier charges will be reimbursed by us.

Will I get separate shipments if I buy more than 2 products?

If you order more than 2 products they will be shipped as a single shipment.
